Abstract
Before the birth of school education, apprenticeship has always been the main means of technological inheritance in human society. After the industrial revolution in the 18th century, school education with the main content of imparting scientific knowledge replaced the apprenticeship. However, the apprenticeship did not die out, but was retained in different forms.
Modern apprenticeship is a cooperative education system that combines traditional apprenticeship training with modern school education. Its powerful talent training function and efficiency have attracted worldwide attention. Therefore, it has become an important strategy for economic development and human resources development in many countries.
