Abstract

During the pandemic, all industries were forced to increase the digitalization of not only production, but also the sales process. This requires an increase in the amount of financial resources. This article provides an overview of the state of conditions for financing the automotive industry in Russia. The review concerned three major car manufacturers in the Russian Federation: PJSC “KAMAZ”, JSC “AVTOVAZ”, PJSC “Sollers”. Based on the research of the companies’ financial activities, the ways to improve their efficiency were identified. Digitalization of sales is proposed as one of the ways to strengthen the financial position of companies. Taking into account the suggested measures of digitalization, the coefficients of financial stability of the studied organizations are predicted.
