Abstract
Since the 21st century, the continuous development of big data, cloud computing, blockchain and other data technologies has promoted the transformation of human society from the information age to the data age. In the era of data, how to measure the value of data assets and how to effectively play the value of data assets have become the forefront of data assets research. Taking data assets as the research object, this paper discusses the current situation of data assets trading through analyzing the influencing factors of data assets value, summarizes the problems of data assets value evaluation under the environment of big data, and discusses and analyzes the relevant suggestions to promote data assets value evaluation under the environment of big data. At present, China's asset appraisal industry has accumulated a wealth of theories in the development, but in the aspect of data asset appraisal, the combination of appraisal theory and data asset characteristics is a new challenge faced by practitioners. Data assets are more professional and have more prominent characteristics. How to apply rich evaluation theories to measure the value of this special asset is worth more extensive discussion.
