Abstract
Breast cancer most frequently affects older women, yet the standard of care varies enormously, with fit patients receiving undertreatment and frail ones being overtreated. Personalised care should take into account several factors which are summarised in this chapter. We also present and discuss all available options to facilitate and optimise the decision-making process and the discussion with patients.
