Abstract
Tele-stroke has been gaining popularity in the present time not only in the Unites States but also in other parts of the world. It helps to give a timely access in an emergency situation and caters to a large section of population, making geographical barriers less significant. Due to its numerous advantages, this has been adopted by various healthcare institutions across the world, necessitating healthcare providers to adapt to these new methods. This chapter attempts to discuss tele-stroke through a model case and focuses on some main components of tele-neurology in general, which play a vital role in a tele-neurology encounter: history, physical examination, and documentation.
