Abstract
A diagnosis of the tribe Gymnusini Heer is presented, with a review of species of Gymnusa Gravenhorst and Deinopsis Matthews. The following is provided for each species: a morphological diagnosis, distribution, information about habitat and methods of collection, key references, color images of the habitus, and black and white images of the genitalia (median lobe of the aedeagus, spermatheca), and tergite and sternite VIII of both sexes where known.
