Abstract

Surgical treatment of Hirschsprung disease (HD) evolved in the last decades with the introduction of new innovative minimally invasive techniques. Nowadays minimal access can be performed with two different approaches, total transanal endorectal pull-through and laparoscopic-assisted transanal pull-through. In this chapter we emphasize the indications and surgical technique for laparoscopic-assisted approach.
