Abstract

Go is a general-purpose open-source language. Officially launched at the end of 2009, Go was initially an internal Google Project which took its inspiration from other languages like C, Pascal, and Alef. The central objective of Go was to create a language for the professional user who wants to create robust software seamlessly.
