Abstract
Anti-cancer activity of different bacterial (actinobacterial extracts) metabolites were detrmined by cytotoxicity assay such as MTT assay, trypan blue exclusion assay, and phase contrast inverted microscope morphological assessment. IC50 (the concentration that inhibited cell growth by 50 percent) was calculated for the bacterial metabolite.
