Abstract
Development is primarily concerned with enhancement of living conditions of all generations. Sustainable development is one of the processes of development that requires just and equitable production and distribution of resources as well as the use of resources that is appropriately designated over generations.

For deciding about the bid values and to overcome the problem of ‘starting point bias,’ a ‘pilot survey’ and three group discussions were conducted. Based on these findings, the present study used 10 different bid values, randomly offered to respondents while conducting the primary surveys. These values were 5, 10, 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 350, and 500.

About three-quarter of visitors belonged to the other states of the nation and at least visits the site at once. Thus, the utilized data were truncated at one. No visitor had been included in the travel cost analysis, which had zero visits to the site.
