Riassunto

Le indagini diagnostiche di medicina nucleare si basano sulla somministrazione diretta al paziente di un radiofarmaco, ovvero una sostanza radioattiva che si distribuisce nei vari organi e tessuti sulla base delle specifiche proprietà farmacocinetiche che lo caratterizzano. È evidente, quindi, come la dose al paziente sia intimamente le-gata alla somministrazione di un determinato radiofarmaco.
