Abstract

In the Four-dimensional Processing, geometric elements defined in a projective space are treated consistently in its associated vector space R 4. The computations in the space are usually done without the use of division operations. If required, exact computations might be carried out using long integer data. In this case the concept of vector space used in Section 3.1 must be generalized such that it is defined as module based on ring of integers (see Section 16.3).
