Zusammenfassung

In der internistischen Intensivmedizin stellen das Aortenaneurysma, die Aortendissektion und die Lungenarterienembolie die wesentlichen Akutkrankheitsbilder dar. Die Behandlung der Lungenarterienembolie setzt wiederum ein adäquates Management des Rechtsherzversagens voraus, auf welches am Ende des Kapitels eingegangen wird.
