Abstract

Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture (NIL) is the performance of liposuction/liposculpture assisted with compressed air. The author discusses the Lipomatic system with the tumescent anesthesia and technique. There are very few complications and the system is easy to use. It eases the physical exertion in performing liposuction, and for the patient, there is more convenience and less swelling and bruising, with faster and better recovery as a result.
