Zusammenfassung

Achtsamkeit (Mindfulness) ist ein zentraler Begriff in der buddhistischen Weisheitslehre, der in psychologischer Terminologie als ein spezifischer, trainierbarer Bewusstseinszustand beschrieben werden kann, der auf das direkte und nicht-wertende Gewahrsein dessen abzielt, was in jedem Augenblick geschieht (Hayes and Feldman, 2004, Sauer et al., 2011b, Bishop et al., 2004).
