Abstract

This paper provides an outline of the computational environment LILOG/2LM for developing morphological descriptions in the two-level paradigm. The application of LILOG/2LM to inflectional morphology is illustrated with reference to German verbs with separable prefixes — a morphological phenomenon that involves discontinuous morphs.
