Zusammenfassung

Eine akzessorische Leitungsbahn (engl. „accessory pathway“, AP) beschreibt das Vorhandensein einer direkten leitungsfähigen elektrischen Verbindung von Vorhöfen und Ventrikel über das bestehende spezifische Reizleitungssystem des atrioventrikular(AV)-Knoten-His-Purkinje-Systems hinaus, welche die Grundlage für Rhythmusstörungen bilden kann.
