Abstract

SAM is a most important data platform of many economic analysis methods, but great deal time and energy are immersed in SAM construction and adjustment, the problem that we try to solve in this paper by aggregate-disaggregate rules, automatic calculation program, and summary information iteration in Excel so that model constructers and analysts can concentrate themselves on such professional works as model research, shock study, results analysis, and so on.
