Abstract

Recent advances in GIS technologies and computer visualization provide new means for investigating the underwater environment. This is both a final place to compile all available spatial information from remote sensors and the starting place for next-stage multisensor data analysis. This chapter discusses modern workflows in seabed mapping and new data integration and dissemination opportunities.
