Intelligent Auto-tracking System of Water Rushing Slag for Casting House

Abstract

To solve the closed-loop auto-tracking control puzzle of water rushing waste slag in the blast furnace casting house, the paper presented a sort of the Adaptive Control Strategy based on human simulated intelligent controller. In the paper, it pointed out the puzzle of implementing closed-loop control in detail, analyzed the character of controlled object, presented a sort of human simulated intelligent control strategy, and structure mode of control algorithm, and adaptive strategy of human simulated task as well as human simulated parameter. By means of the designed industrial computer control system, the experiment of iron making field running was made. The field running effect showed that the uncertainty adaptive auto-tracking system of water rushing waste slag is effective and practicable, and better in robustness, high in control precision. The engineering practice shows that the presented control strategy has important engineering application value.
