Summary

This chapter describes the experiences of Television New Zealand (TVNZ) with business process engineering and the use of ARIS. It is explained how a new internal Business Process Improvement team approached the analysis and redesign of key business processes in an increasingly competitive industry. The key business processes are outlined and summarized in a business process framework. The application of ARIS in different projects is discussed and the server-based newsroom project is described more comprehensively. This chapter ends with a brief discussion of lessons learned.
