Abstract

Companies have to manage a large number of projects, human resources and supplies. For companies to be competitive, they had to reduce their costs, accelerate product development, and focus on satisfying their customers. Project management knowledge focused on core skills in the areas of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Project management tools are critical for assisting in this process, as they have planning, scheduling, resource allocation, communication and documentation features. In this paper, we study the following popular project management tools: Asana, Freedcamp and Ace Project. This analysis may help project managers choose an appropriate tool according to the purpose of the company.
