Abstract
Continuous flow operative hysteroscopy has been part of the daily practice of gynecological surgery for the past twenty years, both in dealing with menorrhagia by resection of fibroids, polyps or endometrium ablation, and in treating the intrauterine causes of infertility such as lysis of synechiae.
