Abstract
As you have worked through the processes in this book you have examined your life and the family and society that helped shape you. You have faced painful experiences and ineffective patterns. You have increased your understanding and acceptance of the child you were and the person you have become. You have learned many new concepts and skills and have attempted to make things right with your adult children. You have been grieving for and letting go of those things you cannot hold onto.
There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time this expression is unique. If you block it, it will never exist through another medium.... The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable it is nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours, clearly and directly, to keep the channel open.
