Abstract
This chapter will follow a similar outline as the previous chapters, considering the prevention of predictable problems for the individual in the physical, psychological, and spiritual perspectives. Each of these problem or limitation areas involves distinctive topics, for which we will use a common format as before: (1) general understanding of the topic and its terms; (2) step-by-step procedures to achieve the preventive goals; and (3) cautions, as relevant.
