In the pharmaceutical industry, the Quality Assurance of packaging components is only one facet of a total approach to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Consistent component quality, suitable for product, market and production, demands comprehensive design, relevant quality control testing procedures and audited suppliers with the validated quality capability to match the quality requirement.
