Abstract
JADASSOHN-LEWANDOWSKI syndrome, or pachyonychia congenita, comprises Onychogryposis, hyperkeratosis of the palms and soles, oral leukoker-atosis, hyperhydrosis and premature eruption of the teeth. The syndrome is an autosomal dominant trait.
