Abstract
A business’s corporate identity becomes its own shop window and portrays an image of that business to the potential customer. In many cases that corporate identity, be it the logo, letterhead, or website, can make the difference between turning the potential customer into a buying customer or losing them to a competitor. It is easy to understand therefore why corporations allocate vast budgets, seemingly disproportionately, on creating the corporate image.
