Abstract

We concluded Chapter 11 with an emphasis on the managerial learning process as a form of research, and indeed as perhaps the archetypal form of research in this field. In this final chapter we shall develop this idea, and indicate what this says about what management itself is, as well as what it implies for the management writing and research industries.
