Abstract
The Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, also known as the Landrum-Griffin Act, resulted from the perception of improper activities in the fields of labour and management (collusion between dishonest employers and union officials, the use of violence and the diversion and misuse of labour union funds).
