Abstract

The potential, energy levels and the spectral distribution of the radiation produced by 20 MeV electrons channeled in the (100) plane of the piezo-crystal quartz (SiO2) are calculated taking into account the broadening due to scattering of electrons on thermal fluctuations and atomic electrons.
