The environment is a matter of urgent concern to individuals, communities, and nations. Issues of concern range from local particle pollution to climate change. Since the environmental quality evolves over time, and economic agents are forward looking, and pollution stocks decay slowly, dynamic games provide the right tools for analysis of environmental issues.
