The 4th International Conference on NANOFORAGRI 2020: Application of Nanotechnology for Sustainable, Productive and Safer Agriculture and Food System” is being organized from 5th-6th November 2020 by TERI Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre at TERI GRAM, Gual Pahari, Gurgaon, India. This 4th successive conference brings together highly-accomplished experts with diversified backgrounds across the globe with disruptive ideas exclusively dedicated to application of nanoscale science and technology in re-engineering the quality, quantity and safety of agricultural and food systems. The event will be of truly interdisciplinary in nature and encompass basic studies, applications, global challenges and globally harmonized systems for nano solutions for agriculture and food systems. The conference will showcase talks and discussion on thematic topics with the vision of application of present and upcoming nanotechnology for sustainable, productive, safer agriculture and food system. The conference will help understand the global needs of multidisciplinary initiatives and research environment for recognizing and dealing with the challenges and prospects of the thematic topics.

  • Alok Adholeya

    Dr Adholeya is a Ph.D. from the Department of Microbiology, GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar and Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India and a Post-Doctoral Fellow at United States Department of Agriculture, Philadelphia, USA. He also worked as Director, Product and Technology Development at Mycorrhizal Applications, Oregon, USA between 2014 and 2017.

  • Ratul Kumar Das

    Dr Ratul Kumar Das is an Associate Fellow at the TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC). He has been an Honorary Fellow of the Institute for Frontier Materials of Deakin University, Australia since April 2017. He is also the TERI lead supervisor for PhD students registered with Deakin University. Dr. Das completed his MSc from Tezpur Central University, India in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (MBBT) followed by Ph.D. degree in Environmental Biotechnology from University of Quebec, Canada. He was selected for the prestigious “Doctoral Excellence Award Program for foreign students by the Ministry of Education, Canada.
