Consumer energy efficiency decision making across sectors

This article collection arises from a conference held in Brussels in June 2019 where three EU funded projects presented their findings to the European Commission. These projects are CONSEED, PENNY and COBHAM and each looks at different aspects of the energy efficiency gap, energy labelling and potential barriers to energy efficiency investment. The article collection reflects key findings from each of these projects.
