Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new agile automation system based on a Cloud-integrated Manufacturing Cyber-Physical System (CIMCPS). The system enables intelligent production in the manufacturing industry according to its production characteristics. Based on the CPS and the characteristics of cloud architectures, we design the framework for a manufacturing physical system based on CIMCPS. We analyze the framework and its corresponding function module, and obtain a key concept of intelligent control: the optimal state. We also present an intelligent hollow glass production line based on CIMCPS as an example of the implementation of our framework. We analyze the key technical problems and corresponding solutions of the system, and thus achieve the optimal control effect.
