Research and Application of Integrated Quality System for Large-Scale Complex Equipment Manufacturing

Abstract

Introduced the characteristics of Large-scale Complex Equipment Manufacturing (i.e., LCEM), analyzed the prominent problems and its impact in LCEM quality management. Summarized the basic features of the LCEM integration quality system (i.e., IQS), such as integration, process control, continuous improvement and system flexibility. Then proposed solution for LCEM quality management, established the application function structure and software architecture of LCEM-IQS. Finally, introduced the application system based on this architecture.
