Abstract
This Chapter is devoted to the investigation of the weak expansion properties of expanding Thurston maps and the proof of Theorem 6.1 that asserts that an expanding Thurston map is asymptotically h-expansive if and only if f has no periodic critical points, and moreover, it is never h-expansive.
