Abstract

The concept of error matrix and the matrix representations of error decomposition and combination are proposed in the paper firstly, and then the paper points out that how the error occurs can be described as T(u) = u 1, and the paper focuses on studying how to get one element when the other two are known in this equation. In the last part of this paper how to get T is solved by the example about the things decomposition in traffic management of Guangzhou.
