Abstract

On the lean logistics management, On the one hand, the waste of eight major link in the logistics system need be eliminated, on the other hand, the main impact indicators need be targeted on continuous improvement. Therefore, a method of lean logistics performance evaluation is proposed in this paper based on rough sets and grey theory. The index which puts pivotal influence on the lean logistics performance evaluation is selected by the index reduction function of rough set. And the index is given relative weight according to the degree of the impact of it. Then using the clustering evaluation function of grey theory, the composite score of each evaluation objects is calculated by building evaluation of gray classes and whitenization weight function. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is proposed through a numerical example illustrates.
