Abstract

This chapter reports and discusses the results of a number of counterfactual simulation exercises which were carried out through the CGE model constructed and explained in Appendix B. This model is used to assess, numerically, the impact of different external shocks and policy interventions on the economy. There are three groups of simulations exercises that were tested through the model.
