Abstract

Working in any organization can be challenging. Each day, we make choices and act in ways that often have consequences for other people. While sometimes those consequences are positive, that’s not always the case. When our actions result in negative consequences for other people, it’s normal for them to respond emotionally—often in ways that are not helpful for the organization or for their own health and well-being.
