Abstract
Holiday season marketing (Elliott, 2014; Manjoo, 2014), as well as trend-setting product showcases like the International Consumer Electronics Show (Palmer, 2015), demonstrate the escalating trend of gadgets that talk to each other, learn from each other, even control each other (Rose, 2014).
