Abstract
This chapter explores the difference in employer expectations for faculty [professionals in Disability Studies] and staff [professionals in Disability Services] and some of the ways this impacts efforts to share collaborative projects between the fields. With limited resources of time, funding, and professional development restraints, there are some specific challenges that stand between collaborative efforts between the two fields. Is the separation of fields making a difference that matters?
