Abstract
A year ago, Daniel was thankful and honored that the board had appointed him president of Community Bank. He knew that the bank could continue to make important contributions to his city and his old neighborhood. But he also knew the bank would have to change and that he would need to lead so that it did change.
We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand fibers connect us with our fellow-men; and along those fibers, as sympathetic threads our actions run as causes, and they come back to us as effects.
