Abstract
During their time spent abroad, Chinese returnee talent acquired not just advanced degrees but also new knowledge and skills. After returning to China, they have had a major impact on the country’s development in a large and diverse number of areas, ranging from science, technology, agriculture and medicine to business, education, law and politics.
