Abstract
While we are beginning to gain an understanding of the predictors of voicing (Morrison, 2011), there remains a need to understand what can impact the use of voice. While the targets and tactics of voicing are believed to impact the effectiveness of a person’s use of voice, there remains a gap in the literature regarding this (Morrison, 2011). We focus on the role of mentoring on targets and tactics.
