Abstract
As shown throughout this book, the health and care sector not only is a sector of great economic significance to municipalities, it also has great public interest and is of personal significance to many people. The amount, availability, content, and quality of the care services have an impact on the daily lives of an increasing proportion of the population, including both the users and the relatives who are involved in their lives.
