Entrepreneurial initiatives may lead to investments with a high growth potential, compelling strategic change, increasing firms’ profits, and conducing to the adaptation of the corporate strategy. The benefits of entrepreneurial innovations are synchronously financial and strategic, meaning they enhance the operations of a firm, improve its competitive positioning, and maximize its financial return, which is affiliated to the risk connected to the investment.
