Cross-community Cooperation in Post-socialist Hungarian Rural Space

  • Chapter
Rural Cooperation in Europe

Abstract

One experiences a wide variety of cooperation in rural space. Individuals, families, businesses, institutions, and authorities are all urged by eco- nomic, environmental, and social goals, or a combination of them, to think and act together. Rural cooperation can be examined from the perspective of its goals, actors, scale, and attitude to other types of cooperation, etc. This chapter has adopted a spatial/territorial approach.
