Abstract

What makes great organizational leaders? This question has been asked by management thinkers, scholars, and practitioners from a multitude of countries and cultures. Developing Multicultural Leaders aims to answer this question using a multicultural approach and field research conducted in 12 countries.

I keep six honest serving-men

(They taught me all I knew);

Their names were What and Why and When

And How and Where and Who.

—Rudyard Kipling
